Please use your VyStar email address when placing orders.

 MANAGEMENT ORDERING:    

If you would like to order items using branch or department discretionary funds you can do this by placing an order and paying with your own funds, then get reimbursed through Workday/Expense Report.  Please be sure to print your receipt and attach it to the submission.  

 If HR has notified you that your employee is eligible for a New Employee Shirt you will place this order on VyStore website directly.  Refer to the email instructions using the special code provided in your email when checking out or you will incur a charge.

 VOLUNTEER SHIRTS

The Do Good Volunteer Shirt is the required attire for all VyStar volunteer events unless otherwise indicated by the event organizer. VyStar employees may order one shirt for free using the promocode here.

 

 

REEDEMING MYSTAR E-GIFT CARD:

You will need to first purchase an Achievers Prepaid Mastercard Virtual Account on the MyStar catalog portal and activate card according to the terms received in your email.

  • Order items by placing them in your cart, after all items are in your cart, proceed to checkout.
  • At the personal information page, you can enter your prepaid Mastercard information in the credit card details section.
  • Using the e-gift card method of payment does require your purchase to be equal to or less than the balance of your gift card. Two different forms of payment cannot be accepted.
  • If you have funds remaining on your gift card, please reference your Mastercard Prepaid account for transaction information.

     SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES:  

    All orders must ship to your residence and not to branch or corporate facilities.  Branch Pens are the ONLY exception and can ship directly to your branch.  Your items will ship within 72 hours and is subject to shipper delivery schedule, usually within 7 business days.  

     PAYMENT INFORMATION:

      What are the payment methods available?  MasterCard/ Visa/ American Express/ Debit.   

     EXCHANGES:

    Can I exchange for different size or different item?  Yes, you can exchange by returning to the VyStore Website within 30 days of your purchase

    • Log in using your email address that you entered at time of purchase (This should be your vystarcu.org email address.)
    • You should see all orders appear; choose item you would like to exchange.
    • Enter reason by clicking on dropdown arrow.
    • You can add a Note if necessary.
    • Select Request Return/blue bar.
    • You will receive an email confirmation of the request.
    • After your exchange has been approved you will receive a 2nd email with your shipping label and instructions.

     RETURNS:

    What is your Return Policy? We ask all Items get returned in their original packaging within 30 days of original purchase UNUSED.   Please follow the return instruction outlined above for exchanges.  

     REFUNDS:

    Can I get a full refund if I am unhappy with my selection? You can expect a FULL Refund within 15 business days after the unused merchandise is sent back. Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase. 

    DAMAGED PRODUCT(S): 

    What if my order arrives damaged?

    Follow instructions as outlined above for exchanges.

     RUSH ORDER(S):

    Can I rush my Order? Rush orders can be requested by emailing vystore@vystarcu.org We cannot guarantee rush orders will arrive within your desired timeframe.  We will do our best to meet your needs.

    CUSTOM ORDER(S):

    Can I order other colors or items if they are not shown?  Email:   vystore@vystarcu.org for special request.
